Each step is necessary for coaches who want to develop a sustainable coaching practice. One-on-one coaching is a solid start, but generalists in any fields experience less success than experts who specialise. Once you've decided on where you want to specialise you must develop the business skills to create and run a successful, sustainable coaching practice which earns you an income from sources other than one on one coaching.

Our three-tiered program provides each of these steps:

1. The Certificate IV in Life Coaching covers the generalist skills and you will become a "Practitioner Coach";
2. The Advanced Practitioner program provides the training to develop your niche and you will become an "Advanced Practitioner Coach"; and
3. The Diploma of Life Coaching then provides advanced coaching methodologies and all you need to develop your business model so that it is sustainable and you become a "Master Coach".

Our students tell us they love the opportunity to participate in the more advanced programs. The NLP Practitioner program, for example, which is a seven day face-to-face training, is popular for many of our Certificate IV students.

You receive your own access code on joining The Coaching Institute: Online access in just moments to your first course DVD's, MP3's and manuals.

There are three main choices available to you in becoming a life coach. You can study the Certificate IV in Life Coaching, the Advanced Practitioner (includes the Certificate IV in Business and ICF Accreditation) or the Diploma of Life Coaching (the Diploma includes everything from every program, including positive psychology classes, leadership and executive coaching, NLP, public speaking training and support as you develop your coaching product).

Each of our life coaching courses are designed to enable you to experience the most professional coach training available. Your success is assured with results-driven systems, quality support, mentoring, practice sessions and training.

The Coaching Institute's life coaching courses contain more advanced content as you progress through them. By the time you graduate with your Diploma of Life Coaching you will have up to six accreditations.

An Important Coaching Institute Benefit: Accredited Coaching Qualifications

The Coaching Institute offers ICF accreditation and the Certificate IV in Business (BSB40207) for its coaching students.

This program is delivered in conjunction with your Cert IV in Life Coaching at The Coaching Institute. It is also included for FREE with your Advanced Practitioner or Diploma Program.

You can now achieve uo to four qualifications at the same time. You can now learn even more about running your own small business. You can benefit from training with like-minded people who are starting their own home-based businesses.

Our Diploma of Life Coaching is the ONLY Diploma course that includes NLP Practitioner Certification - the most advanced form of coaching there is - and it's included (the full seven day training) in your Diploma Program.

The Coaching Institute will offer the Certificate IV in Executive and Workplace Coaching in November 2010. This program offers Executive Coaching, EQ for Leadership, Performance Management Skills and Coaching Groups. This program is ideal for Leaders, HR Managers, L&D Specialists, Business Leaders and team members committed to entering management.

Because we appreciate that flexibility in your study options is important we have designed our courses so that a large portion of them are self-paced. If for any reason you cannot attend a particular class, you can purchase the CD of the complete class from the TCI Bookshop. Because all classes are rotated throughout the year, you can also attend the same class later in your course.
