Hello, I'm Sharon Pearson, founder and CEO of The Coaching Institute - and thanks for visiting our website and taking the time to get to know us. I believe that life coaching gives us a tremendous opportunity to learn more about ourselves and about human behaviour. My passion for life coaching came from a curiosity about how to be the best version of me I could be. I was stuck in a rut and tired of experiencing the same mistakes over and over and decided it was time to change... I made a decision that I would learn all I could about creating positive change in my life and then apply what I learned to assist others. From the dream of one coaching client I have gone on to coach over 300 people from around the world. I have had the privelege of working with groups of people who have also made a decision that they would settle for nothing less than being the best they could be.

Lasting change comes when we decide to act. Action creates a momentum that drives us to new levels of achievement. It's only when we take action that we can feel great about ourselves - remember the times you've done something that was important to you, and perhaps took some courage - how great did you feel once you had done it?
