Melissa is a focussed and results driven coach. Her coaching style provides space for her clients to explore their issues. She has worked with a variety of different professionals in life and business coaching. After just one session with a general manager of a leading blue chip company, his results increased by 200% within the week.

Melissa’s vast experience working with human behaviour has been achieved in the healthcare sector, much of which came from her experience as a nurse.

She also has solid business experience, most recently working as a manager in a leading biomedical research facility in Melbourne. She also successfully completed her MBA in 2004.

In her spare time, Melissa is an active member of her community and a volunteer non-operational member of the Country Fire Authority (CFA). Her husband, Mike and her, enjoy travelling to remote places of our world, with Iceland and Namibia in itineraries for the near future. She also enjoys walking in the native forests near Melbourne, entertaining at home and enjoying the best food Melbourne has to offer.
