Student Support Coordinator

Our team includes dedicated full-time National Support Manager Lisa Wiking; Head Trainer Joe Pane; National Course Consultants Annie T and Melissa P, Administrator Mary Gardner, Student Support Corodinator Dianne Wallace, Assessor Meg Filip and CEO Sharon Pearson. Our team also includes over twenty facilitators, trainers, mentors and coaches throughout Australia.

Student Support Coordinator - Fulltime

Probably one of the most important roles we have! Reporting to Lisa Wiking, our National Operations Manager, you'll be running the show when it comes to students - assessments through to inquiries through to calls to see how people are going.

This role takes personality, attention to details and an eye for how to improve things. We are not into keeping things the same so we need your input on how to grow our programs.

Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 on experience and suitability

Hours: As required, including attending training events

Location: Head office here in Melbourne

Course Consultants!

Three positions are available to join our expanding operations. Experience in consultatative sales would be great, what we're looking for is -

Success in this position will see you earning an exceptional income in a fun, fast-paced environment. You will assist our hundreds of inquiries with which program is ideal for them as well as build relationships with executives within organisations looking to participate in our corporate short courses.

Renumeration: Between $70,000 - $150,000 OTE

Office Administrator/book keeper

A role has been created for an outstanding team member to join The Coaching Institute. The ideal person is bubbly, positive and has a can-do attitude. Responsibilities include -

  • MYOB, accounts, debt management
  • Student Support Administration
  • Inventory management
  • General administration, post, office logistics
  • Assisting with event management and preparation
  • Sales and marketing reports

Trainers of our Certificate IV in Life Coaching

The Coaching Institute is looking for outstanding coaches and NLP Practitioners who want to take the whole thing to another level! Trainers at The Coaching Institute undertake extensive training and support as they learn how to hold an audience captivated and empower them to become the best that they can be.

We prefer you to be a Diploma student or graduate, be willing to work on the weekends (that's when the trainings are held) be willing to receive feedback on your ability to hold the room and empower the room as well as teach our coaching program successfully.

You will be working with Sharon Pearson and Joe Pane, and eventually working alone. This position is one of the most important available at The Coaching Institute - your success in this role assures your success as a coach!

Requirements -

  • Available on Intake Weekends
    Cert IV in Life Coaching
  • Cert IV in Assessment and Training (pending)
  • Willingness to receive and act on extensive feedback
  • Outgoing personality
  • Ability to connect with a large variety of people

If you see a future as a trainer with TCI, you will need to be passionate about coaching, articulate, determined to be a success as a coach and know how to inspire others. Our interview process for these positions includes a demonstration of your ability to train in front of a group of new coaches. Successful candidates can deliver a level of knowledge of coaching with the right mix of examples from personal experience. It is not enough to be able to follow the Trainer’s Manual, as this tends to lack the personal contact our coaches expect and require when training with TCI. As an RTO, our trainers are also Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

 

 

 

Franchise Opportunities


TCI franchisees are a select group of TCI trained coaches who want the extra support that comes from being able to:

  • Use the TCI brand
  • Use the TCI systems of support
  • Use the TCI licencing systems
  • Receive ongoing qualified leads
  • Operate as an Executive and Leadership Coach
  • Receive ongoing mentoring and coaching

We currently have franchisees in Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, Ballarat and Melbourne. This group of people are outstanding coaches and able to deliver coaching skills workshops into corporations, as well as executive and business coaching programs.

Our ideal franchisee is self-motivated, has a sales or business background, is committed to achieving their personal best and enjoy the advantages of a supportive team.
