Sharon Pearson

Sharon Pearson is the founder and CEO of The Coaching Institute and was the resident life coach on Channel 10’s 9am with David and Kim in 2006. With one of the highest profiles of the 3,000 coaches in Australia, her speaking engagements always receive passionate feedback, and she has a hands-on role in the running of all training events.

Sharon is an accredited professional coach who has a Bachelor degree in Commerce, majoring in Personnel & Human Resource management. She is a Master Practitioner and trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and has over 2,000 hours of coaching experience. Click to read more on Sharon Pearson.

Annie Toscher

Annie Toscher is a Senior Course Director and a Diploma Student and NLP Practitioner with The Coaching Institute. Annie has a background in Corporate IT, a qualified counsellor and Art Therapist. With a background in sports, coaching and psychology, Performance Coach - Danijela Mijic, knows what it takes to transform and perform at the highest level. Danijela’s passion and commitment to excellence has led her to be the recipient of various awards (including TCI Best Facilitator in 2008) and scholarships (including an athletic scholarship to study in the US and an academic scholarship to do a PhD in Positive Psychology in Melbourne).
